it was a busy weekend for pickles. some fun stuff, but also, ….she had a little stress.
meanwhile, cody bear was home: watching the house, nothing new, same ol’ same ol’.
saturday was fun for pickles, but sunday was hard. instead of acting jealous because he had fewer field trips….the bear stepped up to the emotional canine sibling role. pickles is tired and needs protecting. he’ll lay close. when she wakes up and needs to chew…he gives her the bone.
currently…they are spooning. cody bear has had this chronic ailment that makes him cranky, nauseous and skinny. ever since pickles showed up he’s done better. today he gave back.
“leave the barking to me. have my chew. i’ll let you know when it is time to move. and….i’m looking out for you.”
and all is right in the world….
