buffet dog
it’s SOOO sad when you’re too short to reach the food on the buffet table.
all the tortillas, beans, grilled steaks, rice and guacamole are just out of reach. you can smell it, but you can’t see it. no one will give you any and everyone is too hungry to drop anything!
finally you just give up and you sack out by the table, just a few feet from the grill. sigh.

Awww….that is sad. All those yummy goodies just out of reach. Someone should take pity and drop a morsel or two.
Could be worse. We went to an outdoor funeral not long ago and it had food on tables like that, out of Tucker’s reach. Fortunately for Tucker there were several people in wheelchairs around with plates of food on their laps, and that was just the right height for him to attempt to lunge-and-steal.
