he’s been roaming the tucson streets for years. he won’t get close to me. he won’t even turn his head if i make kissy noises. his fur is an absolute mess.
i’ve seen people try to catch him. no luck.
he’d be so beautiful if someone would clean him up. no chance of that though. he’s totally feral and seems to think he doesn’t need anyone.

Great shot! Maybe he is like the character form “Lady & the Tramp,” just a happy go lucky kind of dog.
Poor thing. I’m sure he’d be a little more comfortable roaming urban Arizona if someone could comb out all the mats.
