molly the shetland sheepdog makes her debut!
today i got to meet this beautiful sheltie girl! so cuddly and she was aware right away that i had treats in my bag!
i love photographing dogs, but i have to say, i am really loving the dog owners i meet, too. molly’s owner has a great house with the coolest plants. just chatting with her i was so happy to find myself nodding and agreeing while hearing about her training techniques and her relationships with the dogs she has loved. looking at her photos. realizing that her grand daughter might just be the next big pet photographer in phoenix!
i guess i’m not just a dog person because i love dogs. i’m a dog person because i love dog people, as well.

Thanks for an encouraging post on writing, even if what I’m writing isn’t what I love. In my day job, I sometimes do technical writing and it is sooo boring. The readers don’t read it because they ‘want’ to, but because they ‘have’ to. At least I can make it as easy to read as possible, and care enough to reflect my best attempt.
