look at this guy. he’s just sooo relaxed. it’s hot so he has been clipped with a summer cut.
i could photograph leonbergers allll day. i love their coloring and their soulful eyes.
and he was so big and cuddly!!!

He is very photogenic isn’t he. Beautiful boy. I love a big dog.
We met a leonberger at a dog show in Del Mar. He was the most enormous dog I’ve ever seen, gorgeous, gentle, friendly, and his fur was incredibly soft. Unfortunately their lifespan tends to be horribly short, from what I’ve read.

Leonbergers are just the most adorable best breed of dogs. They only live short lives because of all the lousy “dogfood” kibble etc. and toxic “meds” the vets give them, just like most dogs now don’t live out half their normal lifespan anymore.
