DOG DAILY PHOTO

this dog is resting at the same mission as yesterdays daily dog. an apathetic chow mix i saw on vacation. i can assume his paws have never been on an owner’s cushy bed, or run through a sprinkler system. no one protects his pads from hot black-top during the desert summers or lets them indoors at night to warm his chilly paws. he trots along each day finding his own food and living on scraps, perhaps.

if he and my dog traded places, within 2 minutes cody bear would be scared and confused. he wouldn’t make it out there. and the black dog? i think he’d want out….
